Cheryl Ann Wilson-Sprinkle, B.A., M.P.A.
Chair & CEO

Cheryl has a Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Troy State University. She earned her Bachelors in Psychology from Saint Leo University. She is a native of Hampton Roads and relocated to Nottoway County in 2003. She was Program Coordinator for the Senior Community Service Employment Program and the WIA Youth Program for five years. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, the Blackstone Rotary Club, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Blackstone Chamber of Commerce as Immediate Past Chair. She is also Vice President of Lunenburg Christian Ministries. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Danny Sprinkle, and their dogs and cats at "Oakridge," their 200-year-old cattle farm. Her hobbies include crocheting, gardening, and playing the piano.

Betty Boston, B.A., M.A., D.Divinity
Administrative Assistant

Betty is a senior citizen and former Participant Assistant in the SCSEP program. She is an itinerant minister in the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. She holds a B.A., M.A., and D. Divinity. She spent thirty years in ministry serving churches across the country as Pastor and Christian educator. In addition to ministry, Betty has 40 years experience working with people in social service and educational settings. She brings to this position a passion for underserved people and an understanding of how public and private funded programs work. Betty is the director of Rehoboth Ministries. It offers leadership and development training workshops for small businesses and faith based organizations. Betty enjoys spending time with family and friends, conducting workshops, gardening, going to auctions, home improvement activities, and rummaging through other peoples junk.
